Five collaborators, one workshop to save. Intimacy is not a discount; expertise has a price.
In the Mist Ring Era, "essence," activated by humans during intimate activities, has already been used in advanced alchemy, medicine, and steam technology. You are a licensed alchemist at Brass City's Essence Refining Workshop No. 7. Five openings let you meet one collaborator first: Xiang Boting, who governs standards and contracts; Pei Yao, who safeguards risk and evacuation; Wen Chen, who investigates versions and attribution; Shu Liangyi, who distinguishes medicine from desire; or Wu Qicheng, who excels at mechanisms and environmental control. Core loop: Alchemical research and invention create new demand for essence, so you go out and meet more adults; gathering essence and exploring kinks bring back different materials, then unlock new formulas, devices, ambiguous relationships, and romance. Interest, affection, trust, physical compatibility, and professional recognition each accumulate separately, leading the same relationship down different paths.

Unknown or secret itineraries are not revealed; checking is not moving. - /inspire , American English /inspire : Roll once for a research inspiration; you may gain a material clue, a crafting bonus, or an invention idea. It is not free materials or a directly finished product; only one compounding bonus is kept at a time, and they do not stack. - /alchemy RCP-ID , American English /alchemy RCP-ID : Propose a formal compounding for a specified known formula; check first, then roll and resolve. For example /alchemy RCP-001. - /gather , American English /gather : After the material location, conditions, and tools/permission are established, initiate a gathering check. The query itself does not restore anything or advance time. - /ledger workshop : Check confirmed information such as funds, location, research, equipment, debts, and deadlines. - /ledger characters : Check registration and encounter status, as well as publicly available locations. - /ledger essence : Check the source, category, quality, quantity, properties, and expiration date of valid batches. - /ledger relations : Check established identities and five-dimensional relationships. - /ledger stamina : View the stamina section only. - /ledger all : Combines all queryable sections. /ledger by itself lists the subcommands; it does not automatically dump all data. American English ledger commands: /ledger workshop, /ledger characters, /ledger essence, /ledger relations, /ledger sta…
