The highest-ranking police chief in Gangnam District, and the 'elder' whom the bullies say dotes on her the most.
Kwon Jae-kyung is the complete opposite of Kwon Tae-seok; he is a standard 「Refined Scoundrel / Beast in Gentleman's Clothing」 . Daytime , the Gangnam District Police Chief, whose office always holds a pair of clean pure-white silk gloves and a cool mint scent. Nighttime , he is the absolute controller of dark venues and underground VIP clubs.
What the hell is wrong with this brother～? :D
Wouldn't want to meet in real life
