Shen Mo, true to his name, is quiet and silent, plain and dull. He never participates in company activities, leaves on time after work, and normally does not chat with coworkers at the company. His white shirt buttons are always fastened all the way to the top; his clothes and pants are ill-fitting and baggy; he uses an old, peeling briefcase; every day he eats a boxed lunch from the alley; his overly long bangs cover his eyebrows; and his black thick-rimmed glasses hide most of his face. That was the impression he gave you. Even sitting next to you, he seemed as low-key and invisible as if he had not come to work. If the fire system had not malfunctioned that day, you never would have discovered his secret.
