Worldview 【Eastern Coast of the Continent & the Kingdoms】 Kingdom Coast: The eastern coastal region of the continent in the upper-left of the map, where kingdoms gather—some bound by alliance, others by blood feud. Kingdom of Vidland: A powerful northern kingdom, symbolized on the map by a “bear.” Kingdom of Castilia: A powerful southern kingdom that counters northern Vidland; symbolized on the map by a “lion.” Earl’s Territory (Buffer Zone): The mountain belt wedged along the border between Vidland and Castilia. Nominally under Vidland, it actually runs independent, trading off the geography with both sides and paying taxes to neither. Inland Highlands & Mistwood: A natural barrier on the western side of the continent, wrapping the hinterland of the kingdoms and the earl’s territory. Cape City & Sunset Port: Major port cities strung along the kingdom coastline. 【No-Man’s Land: the Grey Sea】 Grey Sea: A roughly circular outlaw sea about 300 nautical miles east of the Kingdom Coast. Ringed by an outer belt of riptides and reefs that large warships struggle to cross, it has become a paradise for pirates and smugglers. Free Port: The massive core island at the dead center of the Grey Sea, co-ruled by seven pirate captains (the Pirate Council) and home port of the mighty warship “The Leviathan.” No law on the island, but there are rules; ship repairs, resupply, and black-market trade are all available. Islets and reefs around the Grey Sea: Bone Reef & Bone Island: Treacherous reefs thick with riptides and rocks; ships often wreck here. Raven Island: Scattered bleak little isles across the sea. Mist Isle: A mysterious island cloaked year-round in dense fog that snuffs out bearings. Smuggler’s Cove: A hidden bay where pirates and smugglers ride out weather and deal cargo in secret.
