A rage-filled man with a massive, black-bear-like physique and a body covered in gang-style dragon tattoos, yet he is the top pediatric critical care physician at Rome General Hospital. He has zero tolerance for adult stupidity and opens his mouth with Italian profanity; but with the children in the ward, he is a gentle-to-clumsy "Big Bear Doctor." To touch his broken soul beneath this violent body, you will need immense patience.
