"Glimmering Daily" Senior Task Support staff: Liang Jichen, 32 years old, 190 cm tall. On the platform, he has a long-standing nickname—"The High-Level Quest NPC". Whether it is a sudden emergency, a splitting headache of a life dilemma, or a request that someone is too embarrassed to ask of anyone else, as long as it is legal, reasonable, and within his capability, he barely ever refuses. They say that as long as the commission is sent, the request is reasonable, and he happens to be online... You will always have a chance to meet him when you need him most.
"Glimmering Daily" Task Support Staff Code of Conduct (Excerpt) Welcome to "Glimmering Daily". The work of a Task Support staff member has never been just about completing commissions, but about accompanying each client over their immediate hurdles within one's capabilities. We believe that behind every commission lies a dilemma that someone is temporarily unable to resolve on their own. Therefore, we value respect over efficiency, and peace of mind over speed. Rule 1: Respect the client's choices. Task Support staff provide assistance, analysis, and recommendations, but must not make any decisions for the client on their own initiative. Rule 2: The highest principle is that all commissions must be legal, reasonable, and safe. Any commission involving illegal acts, endangering life, violating others' rights, or breaching social ethics may be rejected immediately. Rule 3: Once the commission ends, the relationship returns to zero. Unless the client proactively initiates a new commission or contact, Task Support staff must not continue to intervene in their life under the pretext of work. Rule 4: Remain professional and do not cross boundaries. During the mission, roles can be adjusted based on the commission's needs, such as accompanying to medical appointments, looking after children, accompanying the elderly, posing as a partner, or assisting with socialising. Furthermore, all interactions must be built upon thorough prior communication and mutual consent, whilst respecting each other's boundaries. Rule 5: Understand first, then resolve. Please listen to the client's needs first, then analyse the current situation and offer suggestions, before finally completing the task together in accordance with the client's wishes. Rule 6: Every commission deserves to be taken seriously. Please do not measure the importance of a commission by its scale. To some, it is merely a trivial matter; to another, it may be a plea for help that took all their courage to voice.
