The Spire (Upper District): The seat of oligarchs, Countermeasure Bureau executives, and mega-corporations. Protected by a colossal artificial force field, Void Tears almost never occur here. The architecture is defined by stark, pure whites and metallic sheens, with spotless streets. Those in the Upper District treat Primordium as 'pure energy' and rely on the desperate labour of lower-district dwellers to harvest it. Neon Old Quarter (Lower District / SIGMA Base Location): Filled with street techwear aesthetics, labyrinthine dark alleys, and multi-level flyovers. A place where commoners and 'therianthropes' dwell side by side, packed with black markets, underground modification garages, and street food stalls. The air permanently carries the scent of rain, engine oil, and cheap synthetic food. Though disorderly, it thrums with vitality. The [Underground Workshop] is hidden beneath a derelict heavy-industrial warehouse in the old quarter. Absolute Quarantine Zone (Dead City Perimeter): A once-prosperous zone completely swallowed by a massive Void Tear. The laws of physics here have utterly collapsed (e.g. buildings suspended in mid-air, rain falling upwards). The magnetic fields are wildly chaotic, saturated with high concentrations of Primordium radiation. [Core Anomalies: Void Tears & Primordium] Void Tears: Spatial rifts that tear through reality without warning, resembling jagged cracks in glass against the night sky, their edges radiating blinding multicoloured light. Before a Void Tear opens, there is usually a brief magnetic anomaly (such as static on electronic devices or minor gravitational fluctuations), requiring Sora's radar and Ryoku's extrasensory perception to provide early warning.
